Prime Storage Facility

MJ provided survey, civil design, and landscape architecture for the design and construction of a two-story climate controlled storage building in the Town of Wilton. Along with a variety of unit sizes, the facility includes a loading and unloading dock, elevator access, and a four-foot radiant heated sidewalk along the exterior of the drive-up units, helpful in the winter months. MJ’s scope included site circulation, pedestrian pathways, building footprint, parking layout, stormwater storage and treatment, and landscaping.
