Construction Management Services for the USACE

MJ has worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) under several consecutive Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, providing construction management services.

MJ’s CM experience consists primarily of vertical construction of military facilities at Fort Drum, West Point and other locations throughout the USACE’s New York District. MJ’s construction team has managed several large-scale project such as new barracks, unit headquarters, company operating facilities, vehicle maintenance, dining, child development facilities, a fire station, firing ranges, and dredging operations.

Our project experience includes site development, underground utilities, foundation, building envelope, interior finishes, HVAC/electrical systems, and communication systems. Supporting improvements include water, sewer, electric, gas, paving, walkways, storm drainage, and building information systems. Several of our projects have involved antiterrorism/force protection measures including laminated glass windows with blast resistant frames, security lighting, and site security measures.
