Camp Smith Real Property Inventory Study

Cortlandt Manor, New York

MJ was responsible for preparing a real property inventory study of specific utilities at the Camp Smith installation in Cortlandt Manor, New York. The purpose of the project was to provide the locations of various utilities (natural gas, stormwater, communication, electric, wastewater and water) within the Camp Smith site. The results provided updated existing real property inventory information based upon government furnished data and supplemented by site surveys and interviews conducted.

MJ’s GIS Group updated the existing government furnished database and created a new database which included:

  • Subsurface utilities

  • Natural gas

  • Stormwater systems

  • Communications

  • Electric utilities

  • Wastewater systems

  • Water systems

  • Site photographs of utility features
