The MJ Clubhouse will serve as a hub for collaboration and sharing of ideas.

Zach Whipple, Jessi Fiori, and Shane Barberis from MJ’s architectural group thoughtfully designed a space where employees can collaborate, focus on their own, take some time to recharge, grab coffee, or join a meeting in a private space.

The furniture throughout the space was carefully chosen to offer a variety of seating to work in groups or independently when employees need a change of scenery. Oversized tables are ideal for printing and reviewing plans. The smart board offers another tool to promote collaboration.

Four small conference rooms line the back wall with a custom mural designed by Ashley Washock. The first three rooms are ideal for small meetings and virtual meetings.

The fourth space is dedicated to Mike Moruzzi, MJ’s late director of architecture.

In addition to kitchen amenities, the space features a pool table and coffee bar.

At MJ, we are planning ahead. As MJ continues to grow, our hope is that the clubhouse will help employees to stay connected with one another.
